This sculpture by Kiki Smith stuck out to me for some reasons. one of which was that it shows both king Kong and the woman as the same size and it looks as if they are happy to see each other like they are about to go in for a hug. The other thing I like is the detail that Kiki Smith puts into her work. The hair on both the woman and King Kong look very good and the bronze helps that out. Another thing is that it shows that the woman being the same size as King Kong he can finally and truly express his love for her.
