David - Donatello

I decided to write about David by Donatello because I took much interest in the story behind it. I grew up catholic and the story of David and Goliath was a favorite of mine. The sculpture is beautiful and it is made of bronze. I really like the sculpture itself because there is certain sense of innocence about it.
