This work of art that was done on such a large scale it is amazing. The background and knowledge that went into this is also amazing the four pillars has a person that represent each great river in four continents.Each has animals and plants that further carry forth identification, and each carries a certain number of allegories and metaphors with it. The details of everything on this work is very in depth from the largest part of this piece to the smallest part. This was not only made for beauty but had multipurpose, the fountain was a source of water for the people in the neighborhood.
